Welcome to The Jelly Corner. By purchasing from our store, you agree to the following Terms of Sale. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. Products

We specialize in collectible plush toys, including new, retired, rare, and pre-loved items.

We make every effort to accurately describe and photograph each item. Please review all photos and descriptions carefully before purchasing. Due to differences in screen settings, colors may vary slightly from what appears online.

2. Product Condition

Items may be listed as:

  • BNWT (Brand New With Tags) – New item with original tags attached.
  • NWOT (New Without Tags) – New item without original tags.
  • Pre-Loved – Previously owned item that may show minor signs of handling or display.
  • Retired/Rare/HTF (Hard to Find) – Discontinued or limited-availability items.

Any notable flaws or imperfections will be disclosed in the product description and/or photos whenever possible.

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in the applicable store currency and are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel orders placed at incorrect prices.

4. Payment

Payment is due at the time of purchase. Orders will not be processed until payment has been successfully received.

We accept payment methods offered through Shopify Payments and other payment providers available at checkout.

5. Shipping

Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days unless otherwise stated.

Shipping times are estimates provided by carriers and are not guaranteed. The Jelly Corner is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs processing, weather events, strikes, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping addresses are accurate at checkout.

6. International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their country.

The Jelly Corner is not responsible for packages delayed by customs authorities.

7. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Once an order has been shipped and accepted by the carrier, responsibility for delivery rests with the carrier.

If a package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of:

  • The shipping box
  • Packaging materials
  • The damaged item

We will work with you to determine an appropriate resolution.

8. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the collectible nature of our products, all sales are considered final unless an item arrives significantly different from its description.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Returned items must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition received
  • Include original tags (if applicable)
  • Be returned in original packaging when possible

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

9. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before shipment. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Jelly Corner’s liability is limited to the purchase price paid for the item. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use products purchased from our store.

Collector Notice

Many items sold by The Jelly Corner are collectible plush toys and may be retired, rare, vintage, limited edition, or pre-loved. As such, minor variations and signs of handling are to be expected.

Please note:

  • Tag condition may vary due to manufacturer packaging, shipping, storage, age, or normal handling.
  • Minor creases, bends, shelf wear, or slight imperfections on swing tags and fabric tags are not considered defects unless specifically noted in the listing.
  • Plush placement, facial expressions, fur texture, color variations, and stuffing firmness may vary from item to item as part of the manufacturing process.
  • Vintage and pre-loved items may show age-related wear that does not affect their collectibility or display value.
  • We make every effort to photograph and describe items accurately; however, collectors should review all photos carefully before purchasing.
  • Due to the collectible nature of many items, condition assessments are based on our best judgment and may differ from individual collector preferences.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the listing description and photographs and accept the item’s stated condition.

All collectible items are sold as described and pictured. If you have any questions regarding an item’s condition, please contact us prior to purchase.
