Welcome to The Jelly Corner! We take great care in packaging every Jellycat to ensure it arrives safely and in the condition described. Please read our shipping policy below before placing your order.

 

Processing Times

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received.
  • During new product launches, holidays, or promotional events, processing may take slightly longer.
  • Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

 

Shipping Locations

We proudly ship worldwide.

Orders may be dispatched from one of our fulfillment locations depending on stock availability:

  • France
  • Canada
  • United Kingdom

Your order will always ship from the location that allows for the quickest and most efficient delivery whenever possible.

 

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on:

  • Destination
  • Package size and weight
  • Shipping service selected

Any applicable taxes, customs duties, or import fees charged by your country are the responsibility of the buyer.

 

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery estimates are provided as a guide only.

  • France: 2–5 business days
  • Europe: 3–10 business days
  • United Kingdom: 5–10 business days
  • Canada: 3–10 business days
  • United States: 5–12 business days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 7–20 business days
  • Rest of the World: 7–25 business days

Delays caused by customs, weather, postal services, or other circumstances outside our control may extend delivery times.

 

Tracking

All orders include tracking whenever available.

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

 

Packaging

Every order is carefully packed to help protect your Jellycat during transit.

We strive to ensure:

  • Plush remains clean and protected
  • Tags are protected whenever possible
  • Secure packaging to minimize movement during shipping

 

Customs & Import Charges

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, taxes, brokerage fees, or import charges required by their country.

These fees are not included in our product prices or shipping charges.

 

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase.

If an incorrect address is provided:

  • We cannot guarantee that the order can be changed once it has been processed.
  • If the parcel is returned to us, additional shipping charges will apply before it can be resent.

 

Lost or Delayed Parcels

Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery is outside of our control.

If your parcel appears delayed:

  1. Check your tracking information.
  2. Contact the shipping carrier.
  3. If you still need assistance, contact us and we’ll gladly help investigate.

 

Damaged Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Include clear photographs of:
    • The shipping box
    • Packaging materials
    • Shipping label
    • The item

We’ll work with you to find the best possible resolution.

 

Split Shipments

If your order contains items stored in different fulfillment locations, we may ship them separately at no additional cost to ensure faster delivery.

 

Rare & Collectible Items

Many products sold by The Jelly Corner are rare, retired, limited edition, or collectible Jellycats.

Minor tag wear, manufacturer variations, or characteristics noted in the product description are not considered defects.
