Tracking Information

Please allow up to 5 business days for tracking updates to appear after shipment.

Customs & Import Fees

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, VAT, or import fees charged by their country.

The Jelly Corner is not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If you notice an error, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery is outside of our control.

The Jelly Corner is not responsible for:

  • Lost packages
  • Delayed shipments
  • Stolen packages marked as delivered

However, we will always do our best to help you work with the shipping carrier to resolve any issues.

Split Shipments

Because we ship from multiple fulfillment locations, some orders may arrive in separate packages.
