At The Jelly Corner, we want every order to arrive safely and bring a little extra joy to your day. Please review our refund and return policy below before placing your order.

Returns & Eligibility

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition
  • Tags and original packaging must be attached
  • Proof of purchase is required
  • Items must be free from odors, stains, pet hair, or damage

Due to the collectible nature of many items we carry, we are unable to accept returns on:

  • Custom creations
  • Personalized items
  • Final sale items
  • Gift cards

Authenticity

We proudly sell authentic Jellycat products and carefully inspect all items before shipment. Any custom creations sold by The Jelly Corner are clearly described as custom or one-of-a-kind designs.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item and packaging
  • A description of the issue

We will gladly work with you to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The wrong item was sent
  • The item arrived damaged
  • The order was incorrect due to our mistake

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not yet been packed or shipped.

Lost Packages

The Jelly Corner is not responsible for packages lost, delayed, or stolen after being marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. If an issue occurs, we recommend contacting the carrier directly, though we will do our best to assist where possible.
